How to download your instagram info

Go to instagram.com and log in.
Select the Profile on the left side of the screen.
Click on the Edit profile button.
Click on Accounts Center
You'll arrive on the Account Center Page, click on Your information and permissions
Then Download your information
When you see the modal, click on Download or transfer information
(Optional) If you are connected to several Instagram accounts or your Facebook account, select the Instagram account you want the information from and click on Next
Then Some of your information, NOT All available information, it will take more times and it's not useful for this site
Scroll down to the Connections and select Followers and following and click on Next
Select Download to device
You'll see this modal
Change Date range to All time for better results then Save
Change the format to JSON then Save
Click on Create files
Wait For It, your files will be ready soon!
Once it's done, click on Download and upload the file to the form on Dashboard.
